At Bed and Breakfast Valencia we offer our guests a self-contained and fully air conditioned apartment, complete with on suite bedroom, spacious living room and full kitchen. Completely separate and private from our home dwelling. All these amenities are kitted out to the standard of a fully functional home. The living room has a wide screen T V, video, DVD player with a large library of popular movies. Regular local T V is also available.(there are no hidden charges for these).

  The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, a gas cooker, a modern double sink, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle etc The kitchen also has a breakfast bar. A starter pack of milk, water, fresh orange juice, English tea bags, coffee fresh bread, and breakfast cereals will be provided in the apartment for you; free of charge

  The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the room and adjoining bathroom are freshly tiled and decorated throughout. A multi - disc C D player has been provided for that relaxing period when you need to cool down and unwind.

  The pool is located just outside your door, only a few steps, and is tastefully tiled with blue mosaic featuring a three-dolphin mural on the bottom.

  The grounds consist of the usual olive and orange trees. There is also a tranquil fishpond with a waterfall and fountain and now it has acquired its own resident frog. Very pleasant sitting there at sunset with a glass of local wine as the timer brings on the underwater lights and the sounds of the cascading water soothe your every sense.

  If you are a sun lover you will have the choice of four large tiled terraces and an abundance of quality sun beds. The most private of these (very private) is right on top of your apartment and has stunning elevated and panoramic views of the huge mountain range, The Sierra Caldaronas.

When there are no guests here we spend hours up there just looking…. its wonderful.

On our east terrace, the coolest on a summers evening, we have our very own BAR with cold draught beer on tap from the pump. There is also a selection of fine local wines, cavas, spirits and “ Jamon Serrano “.
Here you will find the ever present, BARBEQUE, Throw on a locally purchased steak,( we will advise you on what to ask for in the CARNICERIA, to get the most tender cut),or ,if you have an adventurous pallet you may like to barbeque some “Caballo” or “Toro. Washed down with an excellent Rioja or a good Crianza”.
Or ideally, use the barbeque area on the west terrace and watch a beautiful sunset as you take your time digesting the meal of your choice.
Whatever you decide or choose…. staying in to eat and drink…. or going out to one of the many cosmopolitan restaurants in local Lliria or into Valencia…. we will endeavour to advise and assist you in your choices, helping to make your stay here as enjoyable and as memorable as possible.

En Valencia de la cama y del desayuno ofrecemos a nuestras huéspedes un autónomo y ventilamos completamente el apartamento condicionado, terminamos con en el dormitorio de la habitación, el sitio vivo espacioso y la cocina llena. Totalmente separado y privado de nuestra vivienda casera. Todas estas amenidades son kitted hacia fuera al estándar de un hogar completamente funcional. El cuarto vivo tiene una pantalla ancha T V, vídeo, jugador de DVD con una biblioteca grande de películas populares.
