Q, Are we supplied with our own keys?

A, Yes….you will be supplied with two sets….the apartment keys, and the main gate keys.

Q, Can we come and go as we please?

A, Yes, this is not a problem.

Q, Is the apartment building a smoke free area?

A, Yes….we have a strict no smoking policy inside, but feel free to enjoy a puff anywhere outside.

Q, Is there an iron and washing machine on site?

A,  Yes….there is an ironing board and iron in the apartment,….and also you can avail of  our outside washing machine……regarding the drying of  items ….well the Valencia climate will take care of that very swiftly ,but if you happen to visit in our autumn or winter you may just possibly need our tumble dryer …..Also on site.

Q, What about travel insurance….is it necessary?

A, this is purely a personal choice ….but we feel that it is very unwise to travel without it.

Q, Is there safe parking for our car or our motorcycles?

A, Yes there is ample indoor space….behind strong locked gates.
